The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced the cost of nomination forms for its forthcoming party congresses to be held across the country.
In a statement released on April 6th, 2026, the party said the fees cover all elective positions from the ward level up to the national level, as it begins preparations to build its structures nationwide.
The statement noted that nomination forms for Polling Unit and Community Working Committees would be provided free of charge, a move the party said underscores its commitment to promoting inclusive grassroots participation.
According to the party, nomination forms for other offices range from ₦20,000 at the ward level to ₦1,000,000 for positions in the National Working Committee.
The NDC stated that all nomination forms would be available for purchase and collection at the party’s national headquarters.
It added that payments for the forms are to be made directly into the party’s designated bank account with First City Monument Bank (FCMB), with the account name listed as Nigeria Democratic Congress.
The party further advised interested members seeking to contest various positions to follow the outlined payment procedures before collecting their forms.
The statement said prospective aspirants or party members seeking additional information should contact the office of the National Organising Secretary for further enquiries.
The NDC noted that the full schedule of nomination fees for the various positions in the upcoming congresses had been released alongside the announcement.
