The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that candidates who sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) can begin printing their Original Result Slips, a key document required for admission processing into tertiary institutions.
In a statement issued by JAMB’s Public Communication Adviser, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, the Board disclosed that the result slips became available for printing on Wednesday, June 17, and can be accessed from any internet-enabled device or through accredited business centres.
Unlike the score notification earlier issued, the Original Result Slip contains additional security features, including the candidate’s photograph and national ranking, making it one of the official documents required during post-UTME screening and admission consideration.
JAMB advised candidates to carefully review the information on their slips immediately after printing to ensure accuracy and retain copies for future admission-related purposes.
The Board noted that the process is designed to provide candidates with easy access to the document from the comfort of their homes, offices, or other locations with internet connectivity, as institutions across the country prepare to commence admission exercises.
